Two months later... On February 17, I truly intended to have the next chapter ready by the week of Feb. 22. Then the band called and asked me to run publicity for their St. Paddy's Day tour. WHAMMY! Guess what I ended up doing? (If you're wondering *which* band, e-mail me, and I'll tell ya!)
That said, the next chapter will be posted — with, by popular demand, recaps — before May 1.
What? You don't believe me? (Sorry gang. The paying jobs had to come first. >_<)

Also, due to popular demand: If I don't update in a timely fashion, say every other week, expect a recaps leading into future chapters. I hate writing recaps. I'll let you extrapolate from there.

My poor, semi-neglected, surly little site.

Although you haven't been able to see it, much has been accomplished behind the scenes. I needed to step back from At an Arm's Length for a bit — it's hard to be creative when you're stressed about work — and I have almost fully outlined my original project. It's going to be cool.
Now that one of my major contracts has been completed, I'll be able to refocus on BOTH of my sites and kick it on my writing schedule. Thanks for your patience, and don't forget to sign up for the mailing list, so you are notified with the next chapter goes online. (In the next two weeks!!)
